Four Regions, Four Winners, One Bold Tractor
Ziegler Ag Territory is broken into 4 (four) regions. There will be 1 (one) winner within each region.
Sweepstakes Rules and Eligibility
To participate, entrants must be legal residents of Minnesota, Iowa, or Missouri, and within the Ziegler Ag Equipment Territory, aged 21 years or older. Ziegler Ag equipment will be giving rental agreements to 4 (four) individuals, for a Fendt 900, throughout our territory. The sweepstakes begins on 1/1/25 and ends 8/1/25. Agreement to rent includes usage from 9/1/25 – 12/1/25, or 300 hours of operation. The value of this rental agreement is $30,000. Additional usage beyond 300 hours will incur a rental fee of $125 per hour. Winner will be randomly selected on 8/15/25. Winners will be contacted and asked for relevant Tax ID. The agreement of the rental terms is that the machine is for standard farming practices and cannot be used outside of Ziegler’s servicing area, please see Terms and Conditions. One entry per location or address will be allowed. No purchase is necessary for entry. In order for qualifying entry, you must either enter a store location, or fill out a form online.
How do I enter the sweepstakes?
For sweepstakes entry, visit a store location and have a consultation with a sales representative. Alternate options for entering the sweepstakes will be through the submission of an online form. Please see rules and eligibility for further clarification.
What is the prize for the sweepstakes?
There will be 4 (four) prize winners. The prize for the winner will be a free rental of a Fendt 900. The free rental will be from September 1st, 2025 to December 1st, 2025 or 300 hours put on the machine. Additional hours put on the machine will incur a charge of $125 per hour. Winners must provide insurance for the machine during the time of their usage.
When will the winner be announced?
The winners will be randomly selected on August 15th, 2025. Winners must provide a relevant Tax ID in order to claim prize. Winners must adhere to rental agreement, along with the terms and usage of the machine during rental period.
Are there any restrictions on who can enter?
Yes, participants must be 21 years or older and residents of Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and within the Ziegler Ag Equipment sales territory. It is up to Ziegler Ag Equipment to determine whether a winner is located outside of their sales territory and ineligible for contest. Employees of Ziegler Ag Equipment and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. There is no purchase necessary. Winners will be validated to have an operating farm and Tax ID.
